Oly's lived-experience-led talks and programmes have reached 82,000 young people across more than 190 schools. He lives in Leeds with his wife Em, their three sons, and Bertie the dog.
The longer version
Oly Newton is a speaker, programme designer and founder whose work turns corporate social value into measurable youth mental health impact.
He lost a decade of his life to undiagnosed OCD, ADHD and severe anxiety, surviving by masking until he was twenty-one. After a manager noticed and signed him off paid, he found running on the 30th of July 2017 and hasn't missed a day since.
His work has reached 82,000 young people across more than 190 schools and through over 600 talks delivered, almost entirely by word of mouth.
